Due to the delicate nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns. However, you can request a cancellation as long as it is made before your order has shipped. Once your order is on its way, we are unable to process any cancellations. Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and reach out to us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are here to assess the situation and ensure it gets resolved.
International Orders
International orders are placed at the buyer’s own risk. Eterna Peptides will not be held responsible for any issues that arise with orders, including but not limited to customs seizures, shipment delays, lost packages, and more
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank credit card company to complete and reflect the refund.
